Short Biography
Dimitrios Michalopoulos was born in Thessaloniki in 1980. He completed his postgraduate studies in 2004 at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He did his postgraduate studies at the University of Plymouth, U.K. and got specialized in system’s security. In April 2014 I granted my PhD with my thesis subject on protecting children from cyberthreats. He has working experience as a software developer, as a teacher and as a researcher.
